refund policies
TICKETS - Vendors - Cat Entries
Non-refundable.
Ticket Holders: We can transfer tickets to a new individual as long as the ticket type corresponds to the new order or possibly to a future event, if requested.
Vendors/Cat Entries: We can transfer to a future event, pending availability and not after the event has taken place.
If an event is rescheduled: All will be allocated to the new date, or refunded within 60 days, if requested.
If an event is cancelled: All will be refunded within 60 days or transferred to a future event, if requested.
Please Note: If an event was canceled or rescheduled and you’ve not recieved an email, please check your SPAM and VERIFY the email you purchased the ticket with. Any questions please email info@lcwwgroup.com
