Refund policy

This policy governs all purchases made via the LCWW online store, including merchandise and event tickets. By purchasing from LCWW, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Return Window – Merchandise

You have the right to return eligible merchandise within 30 days of receiving your item.

For customers located in the European Union, this includes the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive.

 

2. Conditions for Merchandise Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to partial reimbursement.

 

3. Initiating a Return

To begin a return, contact shop@lcwwgroup.com. Do not ship items without prior written approval.


If your return is authorized, you will receive:

  • pre-paid return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your return

 

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return address will be provided by email.

 

4. Refund Options

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • You may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method
  • Or opt for store credit of equal value, usable for future purchases (merchandise or tickets)


Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to finalize the transaction.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Issues deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Merchandise (Printful Fulfillment)

  • The return address is defaulted to the Printful facility. An automated email notification will be sent when a return is received.
  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Wrong address: You are liable for reshipment costs if the original address was incorrect or incomplete.
  • Unclaimed shipments: If returned to our facility, reshipment costs will apply.
  • If you do not register a Printful account and set a billing method, you agree that unclaimed returns will not be reshipped and will be donated at your expense.
  • Face masks and sealed goods cannot be returned once unsealed due to hygiene concerns.

 

EU Notification – Directive 2011/83/EU


Under Articles 16(c) and 16(e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, not suitable for return for hygiene reasons

LCWW and its partners reserve the right to refuse returns based on these exceptions.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order separately.


8. Event Ticket Policy (Tickets, Vendors, Cat Entries)

All ticket sales are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The event is cancelled by LCWW or the venue
  • A significant change is made to the event (e.g., new date or city)


In these cases, you may:

  • Request a full refund (processed within 60 days), or
  • Request a store credit for future LCWW events or merchandise


Ticket Transfers:

  • Ticket holders: May transfer tickets to another individual if the ticket type matches
  • Vendors or Cat Entries: May transfer to a future event (pending availability), but only before the event takes place

No refunds will be granted for personal circumstances, travel delays, or illness unless legally required (such as for digital purchases under EU law).

Important:

If your event is cancelled or rescheduled and you haven’t received an email, check your spam folder and verify that you are checking the email used during ticket purchase.

9. Lifetime Superfan Tickets

Lifetime Superfan Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they grant permanent access to all LCWW® events and associated benefits. This policy applies regardless of event cancellations, schedule changes, or individual availability, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

10. LCWW Services – Friendships

Non-refundable.

If you have questions about any LCWW Services (including Friendships), please contact us at services@lcwwgroup.com before making a purchase. Our team is happy to assist.

 

11. EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital and Physical Goods)

EU consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery (or contract confirmation for digital goods).

Returns must comply with Section 2 above, and proof of purchase is required.

This right does not apply:

  • To event tickets after the event has occurred
  • To digital content that has been accessed with your consent within the 14-day window

 

12. Language and Governing Terms

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of translations.
