All products are made to order. Fulfillment typically takes 3–7 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Where will my order ship from?
Your order will be shipped from one of our fulfillment centers located in the USA, Europe, or other international hubs, depending on your location and product availability.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking and Missing Shipments
My order should have arrived, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors

Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding the package

Ask your neighbors if the package was left with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package isn’t at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact us at info@lcwwgroup.com with your order number.
If there was a mistake in your shipping address, we can reship the order once you’ve confirmed a corrected address, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
